As Strategic Partnership Lead , you will serve as the primary commercial interface between B. Braun and key private healthcare groups in Malaysia, engaging directly with C-suite executives, procurement leaders, clinical leaders, and hospital management. You will be responsible for developing long-term account strategies, strengthening executive relationships, and identifying opportunities that drive mutual value for both customers and B. Braun.
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role that combines executive stakeholder management, business development, partnership governance, and organizational leadership. Working across multiple business units, you will lead enterprise-level initiatives, unlock growth opportunities, and shape strategic collaborations that support improved healthcare outcomes and sustainable commercial success.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic partnerships with major private healthcare groups, creating multi-year growth plans that strengthen B. Braun's position as a trusted healthcare partner.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, hospital management, procurement stakeholders, and clinical decision-makers through structured engagement and partnership programs.
- Identify and drive enterprise growth opportunities across B. Braun's business portfolio, translating customer priorities into strategic initiatives and commercial outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, clinical, supply chain, finance, and operational teams to ensure successful execution of customer and partnership initiatives.
- Champion strategic projects and partnership programs that deliver measurable clinical, operational, and business value to customers and healthcare institutions.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights by monitoring healthcare trends, customer priorities, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
What you will bring to the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of healthcare business environments.
- 10+ years of commercial experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, consulting, insurance, digital health, or related industries, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, key account management, business development, healthcare consulting, market access, corporate affairs, or enterprise project leadership, driving business growth and customer value.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and key decision-makers across complex organizations.
- Experience working with hospital groups, healthcare providers, government agencies, payors, GPOs, or healthcare networks, with the ability to identify and develop long-term partnership opportunities.
- Strategic and commercially minded professional with excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive influencing skills, capable of translating business challenges into growth opportunities.
