We need a friendly and energetic Retail Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need and ensuring they have a great shopping experience. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you will help keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly, answer questions, and offer helpful product recommendations.
• Cashier Duties: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process cash and card payments accurately, and issue receipts.
• Stock & Inventory: Restock shelves, unpack deliveries, and alert management to low inventory.
• Store Maintenance: Keep displays, aisles, and the checkout area clean, safe, and organized.
• Promotions: Share ongoing sales, loyalty programs, or special store events with shoppers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or SPM equivalent.
• Communication: Good spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
• Availability: Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Personality: Friendly, punctual, and comfortable standing or walking for long periods.
• Experience: Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred, but welcome-to-apply beginners with a great attitude will be trained

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
