Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service in accordance with hotel standards and SOPs.
• Lead, guide and motivate F&B service associates and other team members.
• Assign daily duties, work stations and schedules to team members.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality and work performance.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Ensure the outlet is properly set up before operations and cleaned and closed according to SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, operating supplies, equipment and beverage stock.
• Assist with stock-taking and control wastage and breakages.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate billing procedures, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Assist with training and coaching of new and existing team members.
• Support the Manager with staff performance monitoring and operational matters.
• Assist in planning and executing functions, events, promotions and special activities.
• Prepare or assist with daily operational reports when required.
• Handle operational issues during the Manager’s absence and escalate major matters appropriately.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the F&B Manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and outlet operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good team management and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
