Job Purpose

The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for managing core HR functions, including the full spectrum of talent acquisition, employee relations, industry relations, contract management, talent management, succession planning and career development to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives while building and maintaining a strong, competent and engaged workforce.


Contract Type

Fixed-term employment of one (1) year (renewable subject to performance and the continuing needs of the position)


Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  1. Manage the full talent acquisition process covering requirement strategic on sourcing, screening, interview, selection, salary proposal, negotiation, and employment offer to ensure timely hiring of the right talent that meets organizational needs.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and engage qualified candidates ensuring a robust talent pipeline that meets current and future organizational needs.
  3. Create and maintain a setting that upholds equal employment opportunity, supports a multicultural and diverse workforce, and embeds diversity and inclusion into all recruitment practices.
  4. Review departmental requirements and job descriptions to ensure evolving needs remain aligned with organizational policies and practices.
  5. Collaborate, guide, and support career development initiatives to strengthen employee succession and progression, ensuring alignment between individual growth and organizational objectives.
  6. Handle employee relations matter by resolving workplace and employment-related concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies to foster a positive, respectful, and compliant work environment.
  7. Prepare and deliver monthly and ad hoc HR reports and analytics to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, monitor key metrics, and track progress to ensure alignment with the defined priorities.
  8. Uphold compliance with HR policies and regulations while promoting best practices and provide guidance by clearly explaining and interpreting policies to employees.
  9. Participate in HR projects and/or support various audits to ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and compliance.
  10. Monitor and manage assigned budgets and conduct periodic reviews of HR external service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
  11. Coordinate and participate in the preparation of staff meetings and employee engagement initiatives to ensure effective communication and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental or organizational objectives.


Professional Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Post graduate professional certification in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in Human Resource managerial position in multinational organization or financial industry.
  • Successful track records in talent acquisition, contract management, internal mobility, industry relations, familiarity with employment laws, social media and professional networks.
