Job Scope:

The Patrolling Officer is responsible for conducting regular patrols at the assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. The officer shall conduct routine security checks, monitor for suspicious activities or security risks, and promptly report any incidents or abnormalities. The officer will also meet with the site Person-in-Charge (PIC) for regular updates and reporting, coordinate on-site security matters, and monitor the welfare, discipline, attendance, and general well-being of the company’s security guards to ensure smooth and effective security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections within the assigned premises.
• Monitor the site for suspicious activities, security risks, and potential safety concerns.
• Ensure security procedures and site instructions are properly followed by security personnel.
• Identify, record, and promptly report any incidents, abnormalities, or security concerns.
• Conduct regular meetings and updates with the Site Person-in-Charge (PIC) regarding security operations and site matters.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the PIC and management on security activities and incidents.
• Monitor the attendance, discipline, performance, and overall welfare of the company’s security guards.
• Attend to guards’ operational needs and address any issues affecting their duties or well-being.
• Ensure adequate communication and coordination between security guards, site management, and Berani Guard management.
• Assist in maintaining smooth, effective, and professional security operations at the assigned site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• SPM Certificate or equivalent – mandatory
• Malaysian citizen
• Age: 25–40 years old
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the security industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements

• Valid Motorcycle Driving License

• Physically fit and healthy
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near the work location or within the Johor Bahru area
