Bertam Resort, Penang - Malaysia

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue to lead our pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies while supporting the resort’s Marriott integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability
• Manage pricing, forecasting, budgeting and room inventory
• Analyse market demand, competitor activity and booking trends
• Optimise performance across direct channels, Marriott channels and OTAs
• Lead revenue meetings and present recommendations to Management
• Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Marketing and Front Office
• Ensure compliance with Marriott revenue standards and reporting
• Guide relevant team members on revenue management practices

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of hotel revenue management experience
• Senior revenue leadership experience
• Solid working experience with a Marriott-branded hotel
• Familiarity with Marriott revenue systems, tools and reporting
• Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, segmentation and distribution
• Resort or Marriott integration experience is an advantage
• Must have unrestricted legal authorisation to work in Malaysia without employer sponsorship
