Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Supervise and monitor construction works, subcontractors, workers and site activities to ensure quality, progress and safety requirements are met.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, method statements, specifications and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities on project-related matters.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved work programme and schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all works comply with the required quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including site reports, progress reports, inspection records, material submissions and relevant project documents.
• Assist in the preparation of progress claims, variation orders (VO), extension of time (EOT) and other contractual documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems and construction constraints in a timely manner.
• Monitor material usage, manpower, machinery and equipment at site.
• Ensure all site activities comply with relevant health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager / Management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction/site works is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications and site supervision.
• Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
