Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Marketing Assistant Manager (Hybrid Work at Kuala Lumpur) di Megan Jewellery Federal Territory - Maukerja

Report to work in office 3-4 days weekly (to request from superior work remotely 1 or 2 days if needed, subject to approval)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Planning for brand collaboration.
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistent brand image across all channels.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, and festive campaigns.
• Coordinate POSM materials, visual merchandising support, and store branding.
• Work closely with retail operations team to drive footfall and store sales performance.
• Manage digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Coordinate e-commerce promotions and campaigns on website / marketplace platforms.
• Optimize campaign performance through analytics and ROI tracking.
• Develop loyalty programs, customer retention campaigns, and membership promotions.
• Liaise with external agencies, influencers, printers, and production vendors.
• Track campaign results, sales impact, and monthly marketing KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years marketing experience, preferably in retail / jewellery / fashion / luxury goods industry, experience in jewellery retail will be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in both traditional and digital marketing.
• Experience in social media advertising and campaign analytics.
• Creative thinking with strong commercial sense.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Leadership experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
