Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Marketing Executive - IVT Cardiovascular di B. Braun Selangor - Maukerja

• Support the execution of product marketing initiatives, portfolio management activities, and marketing campaigns for the Interventional Vascular Therapy (IVT) business to achieve commercial objectives.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, customer events, clinical workshops, CME programmes, and hands-on training sessions while managing event logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, product communication tools, presentations, and promotional resources to support customer education and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, support account initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and customers while gathering market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, documentation, and reporting while ensuring all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and product vigilance requirements, including the handling and escalation of product incident reports.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within the medical device or cardiovascular sector.
• Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, clinical education programmes, and customer engagement activities.
• Good understanding of the healthcare landscape, including customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and compliance requirements.
