Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team in managing daily sales operations, reporting, inventory monitoring, distributor performance, and shipment coordination.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, organised, and comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and support demand forecasting activities.
• Track distributor sales performance, stock movement, and targets.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with Sales, Supply Chain, distributors, and external partners.
• Maintain and update SKU master data and sales-related records.
• Support the administration and documentation of distributor agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Identify data discrepancies or operational issues and follow up with the relevant teams.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales team.

Requirements

• EducationDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
• Experience working with distributors, FMCG, inventory, or supply chain operations will be an added advantage.

• Skills & CompetenciesStrong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with reports and data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
