About the role

Ibnu Sina Wellness is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (AI-Assisted) to join our team and help drive qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and improve digital marketing performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital and performance marketing, enjoys working with data, and is excited about using AI, automation, and technology to make marketing more effective. You will manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube, while continuously testing and optimizing campaigns, funnels, content, and conversion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube

• Develop and optimize marketing funnels from awareness to lead generation and conversion

• Manage paid advertising campaigns and improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization

• Generate qualified leads and work towards improving CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Build and optimize landing pages, email marketing automation, CRM workflows, and remarketing campaigns

• Use AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity, content creation, campaign execution, and workflows

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports

• Conduct A/B testing to identify opportunities for better campaign performance

• Research market trends and emerging AI marketing technologies

• Work with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across marketing activities

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

• Experience managing paid advertising platforms

• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization

• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for marketing performance

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (good to have)

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation (good to have)

• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar AI/automation platforms (good to have)
