We are looking for a Junior HR Executive / HR Generalist to join our team in Phileo Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

• Experience: 1–3 years in HR
• Location: Phileo Damansara, PJ
• MRT Accessible: Only 5 minutes’ walk from the MRT station
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: Office hours

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day HR Generalist activities
• Manage employee records, HR documentation and correspondence
• Support monthly payroll processing
• Handle attendance, leave and employee data
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support recruitment and hiring activities
• Assist in employee engagement and HR-related matters
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned

EDUCATION BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role
• A hands-on payroll experience would be advantage
• Good understanding of basic HR practices and employment regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information
• Candidate must willing to work at Phileo Damansara

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
