Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Marketing Executive di Woodpeckers Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution and post-campaign review.
2. Develop creative and media briefs based on brand objectives, customer insights, and market trends.
3. Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Manage relationships with creative, media, social media, PR agencies, and other marketing vendors.
5. Monitor marketing budgets, expenses, invoices, and campaign spending.
6. Track and analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
7. Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
8. Manage digital, social media, app, e-commerce, and delivery platform marketing activities.
9. Coordinate with Operations, R&D, Finance, and other teams to ensure campaigns and promotions are ready for launch.
10. Maintain proper marketing documentation and support the Marketing Manager with other marketing and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG, or a consumer-focused industry.
• Experience in digital, social media, and integrated marketing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve work, presentations, and content.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing, social media, and campaign performance.
• Able to analyse marketing data and use insights to make recommendations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
