Kerja Sepenuh Masa, HR - Admin Officer di BP Plastics Holding Johor - Maukerja

Duty & Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Executive in recruitment and payroll administration.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
• Compile and verify attendance, overtime, lateness, absenteeism, shift and leave records for payroll processing.
• Handle employee disciplinary matters.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions and reports to relevant authorities, including financial institutions, KWSP, SOCSO and JKKP.
• Attend to employee enquiries and grievances and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
• Prepare HR reports and other documents as required.
• Monitor office and facilities conditions and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
• Liaise with external service providers for transportation, cleaning, maintenance and other administrative services.
• Manage the HR storeroom and inventory.
• Perform general HR and administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the superior.
• Promptly report attendance discrepancies, payroll irregularities, employee complaints, safety concerns and policy breaches to the HR Executive.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling attendance and payroll functions.
• Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates self-discipline, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
