Job Description:

• Liaise with Deloitte teams across Asia Pacific to coordinate delivery of services in the countries where clients operate.
• Maintain central oversight of clients’ compliance obligations and Deloitte deliverables.
• Regularly check compliance status with Deloitte delivery teams and request clarifications where needed.
• Be a central point of contact for clients and Deloitte delivery teams.
• Escalate potential issues, delays and risks of non-compliance.
• Prepare status report and other deliverables for clients.
• Be involved in client calls and client facing activities with your Manager.
• Assist with the deployment of our proprietary tax technology platform and onboarding of clients.
• Communicate protocols and processes agreed with clients and ensure those are followed by Deloitte teams.

Job Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a tax/accounting/compliance environment or finance transformation/project management
• Highly professional, taking ownership and responsibility for work with a focus on providing excellent client service.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, communications are precise, clear and understood by recipients.
• Ability to multi-task, organize your own work and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Takes a proactive approach to ensure successful outcomes.
