Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow strategic relationships with key accounts, initially in Singapore, with opportunities to expand business across international markets.
Drive solution sales to existing customers and new prospects, both directly and through business partners.
Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, pipeline development, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
Prepare and deliver compelling business and solution proposals to customers, consultants and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active engagement with prospects, customers and partners.
Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Present technical solutions and value propositions effectively to customers and consultants.
Host customer and consultant visits and present solutions through showroom demonstrations and presentations.
Manage tender submissions independently and ensure all proposals are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Monitor competitors, market developments and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and strengthen account strategies.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver appropriate customer solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in solution sales and new business development, preferably within enterprise or data center environments.
Strong data center customer network
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Engineering qualification is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong solution-selling, negotiation and account management skills.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation and communication skills.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers.
Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into commercial solutions.
Experience with data center cooling solutions is an advantage (open for candidate in IT Solution Sales)
Self-motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and anticipate customer needs.
Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and business partners.
Willingness to travel internationally when required, approximately 25% of the time.
