Job Title
Customer Service & Training Executive
Job Summary
The role is responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service support while assisting with administrative and operational activities within the department. This includes handling and following up on customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution of cases, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments. The role will also support the administration and coordination of the mystery dining programme, consolidate mystery diner results, manage the ordering and bookkeeping of L&D goods, and assist with departmental projects and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Handle customer complaints and enquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely closure of customer cases and proper resolution of issues.
Maintain proper records of customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status.
Administration
Support the administration and coordination of the mystery dining program.
Consolidate and prepare mystery dinner results-Manage ordering and bookkeeping of L&D goods.
Support department project and ad hoc administrative duties.
