We are looking for a responsible and organised Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to support our daily operations, e-commerce orders, order fulfilment, inventory and customer service activities.

Training will be provided. Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and e-commerce orders.
• Prepare delivery orders, packing lists and other documents.
• Pick, pack and arrange orders for delivery or courier collection.
• Update order status and delivery tracking information.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
• Coordinate delivery, installation and after-sales service schedules.
• Follow up with customers and the Technical Support team on outstanding cases.
• Receive, check and record incoming and outgoing stock.
• Carry out stock counts and update inventory records.
• Prepare and coordinate stock replenishment for customers.
• Arrange product returns, exchanges, repairs and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate order, inventory and customer-service records.
• Assist with other operational and administrative duties when required.

Requirements

• GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email and online systems.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to details.
• Able to handle several orders and customer requests at the same time.
• Willing to assist with packing, inventory and stock-handling duties.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Experience in e-commerce, order processing, customer service, administration, logistics or inventory is advantageous.
• Candidates without direct experience may apply if they are willing to learn.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Operations: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Order Processing, Inventory and Logistic: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp: 1 year (Required)
