We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Intern to support the Purchasing Department in daily procurement activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to purchasing processes, supplier coordination, documentation, and other purchasing administration.

Job Description:

• Assist the Purchasing team with daily procurement and administrative activities.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing-related documents and records.
• Assist in filing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), quotations and related documents.
• Perform data entry and update purchasing records in the system.
• Ensure purchasing documents are properly organized and maintained.

Internship Period:

• Preferably available for an internship period from October 2026 to March 2027.
• Students whose internship period falls within the above period are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: In person
