Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet in the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and achievement of sales and operational targets while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily outlet operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate outlet team members.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare operational reports and support business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of customer service and outlet management.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
