Key responsibilities

• Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market

• Engage with stake holder to capture requirements

• Tool Setup & execution of the event management related activities like Nominations, Registrations, confirmation, scheduling etc, troubleshooting & escalating as required

• Provide regular updates on the event progress and status reports

• Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team

• Obtains local Client sign off on tool setup

• Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team

• Deploys event comms email campaigns

• Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system

• Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience, including planning and coordination.

• 1–2 years of client-facing experience supporting Japanese market/ clients.

• Strong execution skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Proficient in documentation and data management, especially using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
