About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support daily customer service and shipment coordination activities.

This role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating with overseas agents and internal operations teams, and ensuring Air & Ocean shipments are handled efficiently and delivered according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with overseas agents regarding Air & Ocean shipment consolidation.
• Work closely with the Operations team to monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customers with shipment updates and relevant information.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues until resolution.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve shipment or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience handling Air Freight and/or Ocean Freight shipments is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipment coordination and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player with good coordination and presentation skills.
