We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage accounting, treasury, SST filing, and e-invoicing functions for our Malaysian operations. This role involves handling multicurrency transactions, preparing accurate SST submissions, and ensuring compliance with LHDN’s e-Invoicing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment tracking
• Generate and submit compliant e-Invoices via MyInvois (LHDN e-Invoicing system)
• Prepare SST submissions, including tracking taxable transactions and issuing SST-compliant invoices
• Monitor cash positions and support cash flow forecasting
• Execute and reconcile bank transactions across multiple currencies
• Assist with monthly closings, management reports, and audit requirements
• Support intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with external parties, including clients, vendors, tax agents, and auditors

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or tax-related roles
• Familiarity with Malaysia’s SST framework and LHDN e-Invoicing (MyInvois)
• Experience in multicurrency accounting and regional coordination
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
