We’re Hiring: Business Development / Customer Service Manager

Are you a commercially driven professional with strong experience in Business Development, Sales and Customer Management, particularly within the FMCG or F&B industry?

Join us and play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market opportunities and strengthening partnerships across our food business ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and penetrate new markets and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

• Develop and implement sales and service strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product, service and business improvements.

• Develop compelling proposals, presentations and contracts for potential clients and customers.

• Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of service quality.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including R&D, QA, Marketing, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Logistics.

• Work closely with key stakeholders across SCM, KFC & Pizza Hut R&D and Marketing teams.

• Monitor KPIs and customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) to drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.

• 8–12 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the FMCG/F&B industry.

• Strong understanding of the food industry, consumer behaviour and market regulations.

• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients.

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Good project management skills.

• Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel for key partner engagements, trade visits and business reviews.
