Company Description StiFlex is a construction-tech company developing modular steel systems for modern construction. We are looking for an exceptional Content & Design Manager to help shape how an engineering brand looks, sounds and grows across multiple international markets.

This is a role for a designer who wants more than routine social-media posts.

You will turn real products, construction projects and technical expertise into high-quality visual communication — from bold digital campaigns and short-form video to product catalogues, technical albums, brochures and sales materials.

You will work on content for European, Asian and other international markets, adapting ideas and materials for different audiences while building one strong, consistent global brand.

What you will own:

• Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and other digital content
• Product catalogues, technical albums, brochures, leaflets and presentations
• Launch materials for new products and services
• Visual storytelling around engineering, construction sites, products and real projects
• Content concepts, creative direction and a consistent brand system across channels
• AI-powered image, video and voice production workflows

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have an outstanding portfolio in graphic design, content, branding or B2B storytelling
• Can make complex technical ideas look simple, modern and desirable
• Work confidently with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and AI creative tools
• Know how to create strong layouts, typography, infographics, presentations and print-ready materials
• Use tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools
• Enjoy ownership, work fast without sacrificing quality and bring ideas rather than waiting for briefs
• Have experience or genuine interest in architecture, engineering, construction, industrial products or technology
