Are you a designer who enjoys turning ideas into visual stories that people want to engage with?

GUAVA International is looking for a Graphic Designer, Projects & Partnerships to bring our projects and partnerships to life through compelling content, design and visual experiences.

You will work closely with our Projects and Partnerships teams to turn partnerships and projects into stories, visuals and experiences that people can understand, engage with and want to be part of. Your work will help us communicate ideas, showcase opportunities and attract clients and partners across the travel, hospitality and sustainability sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Turn projects and partnerships into compelling visual stories and content, from initial concept to final execution
• Create pitch decks, proposals, mock-ups and campaign materials that communicate the value of our ideas and partnerships
• Develop content for social media, websites, newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Create visual concepts for products, activations, pop-ups and visual merchandising
• Bring partner stories, projects and impact to life through engaging visuals and content
• Work with the Projects and Partnerships teams to translate ideas and opportunities into assets that attract clients and partners
• Support photography, video editing and content production when required
• Maintain a consistent GUAVA brand across projects, campaigns and markets
• Take ownership of projects, manage timelines and deliver quality work on schedule

• Takes initiative, learns quickly and is willing to take ownership
• Serious about building a career, gaining real-world experience and taking on greater responsibility
• Leadership, project, event or partnership experience is an advantage

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding and visual storytelling
• Experience with WIX, presentations and social media content is an advantage
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and execution
• Good command of English
