Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up daily livestream sessions according to the scheduled livestream calendar.
• Coordinate and ensure all livestream equipment, products, props, and technical requirements are ready before going live.
• Support live hosts throughout livestream sessions by monitoring operations and ensuring smooth execution.
• Act as a live moderator by managing comments, pinned products, audience engagement, and promotional activities during livestreams.
• Monitor livestream performance and promptly troubleshoot basic technical issues related to audio, video, internet connectivity, and streaming platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, hosts, and operation staff to ensure livestream schedules are executed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, stock availability, and promotional details for each livestream session.
• Assist with post-live reporting, issue tracking, and operational improvements to enhance future livestream performance.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and proper storage of livestream inventory and assets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
• Strong interest in eCommerce, social commerce, TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or livestreaming operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure during live sessions.
• Comfortable working with technology, livestream equipment, and digital platforms.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow within the live commerce industry.
• Basic knowledge of livestream platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
