We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and success of our new financial client. You’ll take ownership from end to end — driving timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring delivery and alignment with organizational goals. 

This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is detail-oriented, and can think big picture while getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the program plan, including scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor program progress and report on key milestones and risks.
• Lead and motivate the program team, providing guidance and support.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the program lifecycle.
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Manage program budget and track expenses.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management (3 to 5 years ideal) 
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Strong leadership and communication skill, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software like Monday, JIRA a plus
