Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor (Floater) – Kallang

Base Location: Kallang(Deployment to various work sites as required)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple work sites
• Provide cleaning support and cover sites during staff shortages, leave or absenteeism
• Ensure cleaning staff follow assigned schedules, procedures and safety requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Train, guide and support cleaning staff on-site
• Monitor staff performance and quality of cleaning work
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals
• Handle site or client feedback and resolve operational issues when required
• Report site issues, staff matters and feedback to management
• Support the operations team to ensure smooth daily site operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning operations is preferred
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage
• Can commit to the working schedule
• Willing to travel between different work sites
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals
• Able to carry out the physical duties required for the role
• Valid driving licence is preferred but not required
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
