We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will represent the company directly within assigned communities and territories, introduce our products/services to potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

This is a field-based position that involves engaging with customers in person and requires strong communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally within assigned territories
• Conduct face-to-face customer outreach and introduce products/services
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Deliver engaging product/service presentations
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer information
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Provide regular updates on customer feedback, market activity, and sales performance
• Maintain a professional image and positive customer experience at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent
