We are seeking a Market Development Manager based in Singapore to support international brands evaluating growth opportunities across regional markets.

Singapore is an important commercial hub for companies managing cross-border growth, regional operations, and international expansion.

The role is suited to professionals who understand market entry, consumer brands, regional growth, and how international companies develop opportunities across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify international fashion, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands with regional growth potential.
• Evaluate market opportunities across China and APAC markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and category assessments.
• Support international brands exploring regional expansion.
• Build relationships with regional business teams and industry stakeholders.
• Support strategic discussions around localization, partnerships, and market development.
• Provide insights into regional consumer and business environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in market development, international business, strategy, business development, or brand expansion.
• Experience with consumer brands, luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
• Strong market-analysis and commercial skills.
• Experience working across multiple markets is highly valued.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
