Responsibilities
Proactively engage customers and introduce ongoing promotions and membership benefits.
Assist customers with membership registration and verification using an iPad.
Verify customer eligibility and distribute promotional redemption items.
Maintain accurate records of sign-ups, redemptions, and purchase details.
Set up, maintain, and pack down the activation cart and promotional materials.
Ensure the activation area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Deliver a professional, friendly, and service-oriented customer experience.
Requirements
Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Prior experience in retail, promotions, events, or customer service is preferred.
