About The Job
This role bridges external global clients and internal supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution. You will manage Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for marine engine spare parts and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quotes, sales orders, logistics, and parts delivery for marine engine products.
- Serve as the main operational contact between international clients and global supply chain teams.
- Manage customer accounts to support Long-Term Service Agreements across assigned regions.
- Track order status and resolve delivery issues to meet operational key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with overseas technical experts to address customer product inquiries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or supply chain logistics.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to manage relationships with global clients and teams.
- Good operational problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a pioneer environment.
