We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to oversee project governance, reporting, coordination, and delivery processes.

Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Singapore

Timings : Regular working hours

Yrs of Exp: 8-10 years of relevant experience

Job Description

1. Establish and maintain effective PMO governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
2. Improve transparency and visibility across the regional and global IT project portfolio.
3. Provide timely, accurate, and decision-oriented portfolio and programme reporting.
4. Strengthen programme-level oversight of scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
5. Improve project delivery maturity through standardized practices, templates, and guidance.
6. Support steering committees, executive forums, and management decision-making.
7. Coordinate dependencies across IT teams, business functions, regions, and third-party suppliers.
8. Assess existing PMO processes and recommend appropriate improvements.
9. Define, implement, maintain, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, standards, controls, and governance processes.
10. Establish mechanisms to monitor compliance with applicable governance and approval requirements.
11. Provide portfolio and programme-level oversight across relevant projects and workstreams.
12. Monitor and consolidate information relating to schedules, budgets, scope, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
13. Maintain effective change-control, risk-management, escalation, and decision-tracking processes.
