About the Role
Love beauty products and helping people look and feel their best? Join a leading beauty retailer as a Beauty Advisor! You will assist customers with product recommendations, share beauty tips, and create a great shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Recommend beauty products based on customers' needs
Promote membership and loyalty programmes
Introduce online shopping options and services
Help customers test products and provide basic beauty services
Achieve sales targets through product knowledge and recommendations
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Assist with stock management and inventory checks
Operate cashier duties accurately and professionally
Requirements
Passion for beauty and customer service
Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people
Knowledge of beauty, skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare trends
Retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using POS and store systems
Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Training provided
