We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE . This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a basic understanding of e-commerce systems.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT:

• Hybrid work model (combination of remote and on-site work).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth for SpriiCommerce and Sprii Ecosystem solutions;
• Actively reach out, engage, and onboard new clients to our SaaS platform;
• Manage and build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact;
• Present, promote, and close deals for our products and services;
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals;
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities to convert them into paying customers;
• Support clients in understanding and using the platform (basic onboarding & guidance);
• Assist in handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or other channels when required;
• Conduct simple product demos, sharing sessions, or training (online/offline) when needed;
• Provide feedback and insights from the market to support business strategy and improvement;
• Report weekly progress and pipeline updates to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in a Tech or e-commerce environment).
• Good understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions while promoting sales opportunities.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
