Job Objective

Lead and oversee the organization’s quality assurance function, ensuring that products, processes, and systems consistently meet internal quality standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Managing the quality assurance team and ensuring that all processes, from raw materials to final product, adhere to internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

• Conducting audits and evaluations to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality related issues and drive process enhancements.

• Staying up-to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and making recommendations for incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the quality assurance processes.

• Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Upholding the company's reputation and ensuring that the organization consistently delivers high-quality and reliable products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management.

• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership or director-level role.

• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis methodologies

• Experience in aerospace, precision machining, semiconductor equipment, or high-tech manufacturing preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lead Auditor certifications are an advantage.
