This role will provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for enhancements, analyse business information needs gathered, translate into requirement specifications, and secure user signoffs.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to business users.
• Assist the configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Role-Based Permission and provide support during system upgrades and patches.
• Plan, coordinate, conduct and document end-to-end unit and system integration testing, and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system integration issues with related platforms, such as payroll or other systems.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and build good rapport.
• Collabrate with vendors and team members on application maintenance, testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in project implementation activities where required.
Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices regarding system data and user access.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors support and configuration, with experience across multiple modules, including Role-Based Permissions, Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Strong understanding of SAP or SuccessFactors integration points with other business systems like SAP S/4 Hana, Concur and third-party systems.
• Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, user training and technical/functional documentation
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and data analysis systems would be an added advantage.
• SuccessFactors certification, such as SAP Certified Application Associate would be an added advantage.
• Experience in HR technology and processes with a focus on automation, process improvement and efficiency would be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues at both the functional and technical levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an effective team player and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
