We're looking for a Personal Assistant who does more than manage a calendar — someone with real presence. This role calls for a big personality: warm, witty, stylish, and unafraid to command a room. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes

the person who can step to the front of a meeting and own it.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and day-to-day logistics
Host and run meetings
— set the agenda, welcome attendees, keep discussion on track, and close with clear next steps
Represent the principal in calls and meetings when they're unavailable, speaking with confidence and polish
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff, often as the friendly "face" of the office
Handle correspondence (email, calls, messages) with tact and personality
Plan events, dinners, and gatherings with flair and attention to detail
Anticipate needs before they're voiced — a great PA is always two steps ahead
