Restaurant Supervisor

A fast food restaurant supervisor manages daily shift operations, leads crew members, and ensures fast, safe, and friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign station duties during peak hours, and train new crew members.
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation rules in the kitchen and dining area.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track daily waste, and help order ingredients or packaging supplies.
• Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, oversee register counts, and balance cash drawers at the end of a shift.

Job Requirements

• Education: SPM or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or customer-facing fast-paced roles.
• Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
