• Act as the ambassador for digital workplace change management and end-user communications

about the job

• Act as the primary point of contact for Asia-Pacific end-user support, delivering high-quality IT service experiences.
• Manage and resolve IT service requests end-to-end within a multi-stakeholder corporate environment.
• Oversee end-user computing devices, managing IT asset tracking and software licensing inventories.
• Provide onsite audio/video tech assistance, including live event support.
• Provide remote L1 and L2 support to regional portfolio companies to ensure seamless user onboarding.
• Draft and maintain internal IT procedures, documentation, and knowledge base articles

skills and experience required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery and end-user support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, mobile devices, AV/VC equipment, and network printing.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of basic network infrastructure and Wi-Fi connectivity to effectively perform triage and escalation.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation to interact with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an active interest in staying updated on current IT and cybersecurity trends.
