Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications in production environments.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, problem management, and application maintenance.
• Work on Data Engineering and Big Data platforms, including Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Python, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL.
• Implement and support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines across application and infrastructure environments.
• Work with cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Support and troubleshoot application middleware and messaging platforms, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM MQ, and Apache Tomcat.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve application availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Work with RAG, LLM, and Generative AI technologies and understand their application within enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
• Take ownership of technical issues and projects, ensuring timely resolution and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and increased system reliability.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive issues.
