Kerja Finance-Accounting Intern di Kaspersky - Maukerja

Kaspersky is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team in Singapore, assisting Finance & Admin functions across APAC region. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals with a passion for cybersecurity, desiring to learn, grow, and contribute to our financial operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming and outgoing fund and liaise with relevant teams;

• Review and process employee reimbursement expense reports, verify claims are accurate, compliant with company policies, external tax laws and regulations & with necessary receipts and documentation;

• Process vendor invoices for bookkeeping entries in accounting system and prepare payment run;

• Liaise with Treasury and purchase requestors on payment status;

• Reconciliations of data including bank reconciliation, intercompany, business travel transactions on monthly and quarterly basis;

• Assist in month-end closing tasks including monthly journals booking for intercompany, travel expenses, bank transactions etc;

• Assist in compiling information for internal & external audit, corporate income tax Returns;

• Assisting in managing PR / PO for Finance & Admin related procurement, invoice submission for payment;

• Assist in managing contract and related documents review and signing process;

• Any ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply;

• Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in bookkeeping;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Pro-active, organized and initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently;

• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work;

• Minimum 6 months’ internship or longer.
