Tanggungjawab

As the Head of Brand Strategy & Marketing, you will lead the brand direction and marketing strategy for Olive House. You will shape the brand's identity, strengthen its market presence and ensure campaigns and product launches are aligned with business goals. The role also works closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to bring brand and marketing initiatives to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the overall brand direction and ensure consistent brand identity, tone and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee marketing content, campaigns and communications to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Review and approve key brand materials, including campaigns, packaging, partnerships and other brand-related assets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and brand sentiment to support brand and marketing decisions.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, KOLs and other external partners, including relevant negotiations and partnerships.
  • Oversee new product launches and GTM activities in collaboration with the Product GTM Executive.
  • Lead and guide the Branding & Communications function while providing strategic direction to the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related leadership role.
  • Experience in FMCG, health & wellness or D2C/e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong experience managing agencies, vendors, KOLs and external partners.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
