Job Description

• Create Impactful Content: Plan, shoot, and consistently produce highly engaging video content (1080p/60fps) for TikTok, Shopee Video, and other social media platforms.
• Video & Visual Editing: Edit videos using CapCut (Mobile/Desktop) and create stunning promotional visuals (experience with AI tools is a major bonus).
• Basic Advertising (Ads): Set up, monitor, and optimize basic ad campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopee Ads) to boost content reach and drive sales.
• Scriptwriting & Ideation: Write compelling scripts with strong hooks for promotional videos and craft voiceovers that capture the audience's emotions

Requirements: Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in content creation (must provide a portfolio or links to previous video work).
• Proficient in CapCut and Canva, with a working knowledge of the latest AI generative tools.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, current TikTok trends, and the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok Shop).
• Basic understanding of digital ads with a strong willingness to learn and dive deeper.
• Creative, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to consistently hit weekly output targets.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
