Kerja Sepenuh Masa Tally Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,800 di CHAN HUA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quantity of goods received and dispatched is tallied accurately.
• Complete Tally Sheets, Delivery Orders (DO) and related records accurately and systematically.
• Verify the quantity of goods against the relevant documents and actual goods.
• Record the movement of goods in and out accurately.
• Ensure there are no discrepancies or errors in the quantity and records.
• Report any shortage, excess, damage or discrepancy to the Supervisor/PIC immediately.
• Coordinate with forklift drivers, warehouse workers, supervisors and customer PICs during operations.
• Ensure all tally documents are checked, completed and submitted upon completion of the operation.
• Comply with SOPs, customer requirements and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Tally Clerk, Warehouse Clerk, Cargo Clerk or similar position is an advantage.
• Able to perform accurate counting and record-keeping.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with workers and supervisors.
• Responsible, punctual, attentive and physically fit.
• Willing to work at port/warehouse/customer site and according to operational requirements.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required and approved
