Key Responsibilities:
Studio Assistant Duties:

•Ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers

•Responsible in stock checking & stock level monitoring

•Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and consistent in the presentations

•Maintain and ensure studio cleanliness

•Support other related daily studio operations on ad-hoc basis

Receptionist Duties

•Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and lesson scheduling

•Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks

•Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

•Assist studio manager to key regular lessons to the Abbey system

•Assist studio manager in handling and processing payments or registration when required

Requirements:

• Physically able to handle some lifting and standing
• Positive attitude & team player
• Available to cover when dishwasher is on leave

Location: Scotts Square Mall (Orchard)
Hours: Shift work
