As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for
passionate and enthusiastic Baristas
to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced barista or someone who is passionate about coffee and eager to learn, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic F&B group with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages (cocktail and Mocktail) according to company recipes and standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Perform opening and closing duties for the bar station.
Monitor inventory stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients.
Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor where appropriate.
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak periods.
Support outlet operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
Previous barista or F&B experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making is an advantage.
Passionate about coffee, beverages, and delivering good guest experiences.
Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willing to learn and develop beverage-making skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
