Full Time Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Doublecove Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Customer Service
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and provide information on food, beverages, promotions, and available products.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages according to the Company’s service standards.
  • Attend to customer requests, enquiries, and feedback promptly and courteously.
  • Escalate customer complaints or service issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Food & Beverage Operations
  • Assist with basic food and beverage preparation according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure orders are prepared, presented, and served correctly.
  • Replenish ingredients, condiments, packaging materials, and other supplies as required.
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Cashiering & POS
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Handle cash, cashless payments, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
  • Issue receipts and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Report any discrepancies to the Supervisor immediately.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining, service, counter, kitchen support, and work areas.
  • Clean tables, equipment, utensils, and other areas according to the outlet’s cleaning schedule.
  • Comply with food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
  • Follow all Company health and safety procedures.
• General Duties
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Receive, arrange, and replenish stock when required.
  • Support stock counts and report low-stock or damaged items.
  • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
• Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without prior F&B experience are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, fast-food outlet, or similar F&B environment is an advantage.
  • Friendly, responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the duty roster.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on their feet for extended periods.
  • Must comply with applicable food-handler training, vaccination, and other regulatory requirements where required.
