Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Sales Assistants to represent established brands in face-to-face marketing campaigns, engage customers directly, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at face-to-face marketing campaigns and outreach activities to promote products and services
• Engage potential customers by identifying and understanding their needs during interactions
• Present products, services, and campaigns clearly and confidently to inform and persuade customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients to encourage repeat engagement
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Participate actively in training, coaching, and team development sessions to improve skills and performance
• Support campaign activities by contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer interactions
• Comfortable speaking to people face-to-face in a professional and engaging manner
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach to meet sales goals
• Experience in customer service, sales, events, or hospitality is an advantage but not required
• No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
